Strategic Vision Mapping

Catalyzing C-Level Communication

Most leaders don’t have a communication problem.

They have a clarity problem.

C-Level Communication

Are you a C-Level Communicator?

C-level Communication boils down to a few core Cs: Clarity. Confidence. Conviction. Connection.

(And if you’re feeling confused, conflicted, even consternated—you’re not alone.)

Every leader I work with Craves the same thing: a way to Clearly Communicate a vision people can actually see, not just hear.

The Strategic Vision Mapping Process framework: Why we exist, the Way we are unique, What we do, What we measure, Who we serve, Where we are going, and How we will get there

The vision map

The best approach for Clarity is visual Communication.

After working with hundreds of leaders and helping them to plan and lead their organizations, one thing is clear: leaders need an inspiring picture of the future with engaging stories and a guided roadmap on how to get “there” that is Clear, Consistent and Compelling.

Equipped with a vision map, leaders gain Confidence in Connecting with their Constituents: leadership team, board, Customers, stakeholders, key donors, staff, Community members, business partners, volunteers and more.

The process

Chart a Course people can see.

A Strategic Vision Map framework is a Creative way to Chart a Course of action. The best part is that the vision map is Convicting, inspiring recipients to join the Cause and Create more impact. The process focuses on:

  1. WHY We Exist. Purpose, mission, vision, values, and BHAGs.
  2. The WAY We Are Unique. Promise, personality, positioning, people, and processes.
  3. WHAT We Do. Products, services, core capabilities, and strategic alliances.
  4. WHAT We Measure. Performance, profitability, productivity, and people.
  5. WHO We Serve. Customers, consumers, and their needs and possibilities.
  6. WHERE We Are Going. The trends and technologies ahead.
  7. HOW We Are Going To Get There. Strengths, opportunities, themes, actions, and strategies to align.

The Collaborative process unifies the leadership team and equips them with a common agenda and clear path to pursue. This is C-Level Communication.
